2017 Jos Trade Fair comes to a successful end in Plateau state

The 2017 Jos Trade Fair started on the 17th of October 2017 at the Jos Polo Field powered by Plateau Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PLACCIMA) in collaboration with ANISTA Marketing and Events Limited as they presented an exhibition covering all aspects of businesses, economic and tourism activities in Nigeria.

The Theme: Sustaining the Promotion of Entrepreneurship Through MSME's For Economic Development.

The Jos Trade Fair, 2017 edition was 17 days of seamless Interaction, hosting hundreds of exhibitors, showcasing local products, technologies, services and opportunities and it was open to the general public with additional 3 day to round off all activities.
As Music has become a major driving force within our community, to round-up all activities of the  event, a daily concert tagged "Back To The Roots" was staged with music performances. There were performances from some A-List artistes with regional appeal and the presence of some promising 'jtown' artistes.

Some of the performances included:  Gordons, Osama Comedian, Mr Patrick, Blackah, Lyrical Dr Smith, Kiral, amongst others. An open mic competition was held where the winner, Busta Max, went home with a N100,000 prize.      
This year's trade fair succeeded in showcasing Plateau State to the world; The abundant human resources, agricultural potentials and products, minerals resources among other natural resources to make everyone see the potentials for investment on the Plateau.

We look forward to the 2018 edition which will definitely be bigger and better.
