Amazing Photos from Plateau United's historic CAF championship match

History was made in Plateau State on Sunday 11th February as the administration of Governor Simon Bako Lalong and Plateau United Football Club for the first time in the history of sports hosted the prestigious Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) Champions League.

Plateau United “Lalong Boys”, as they are popularly called, played “Eding Sport Football Club of Cameroon”, who are also Champions of the Cameroonian League, at the New Jos Stadium on Zaria Road in Jos, the capital of Plateau State.

Plateau State Governor, Simon Bako Lalong was at the Zaria Road Stadium, to support the Nigerian League champions. A game which Plateau United defeated EDING FC of Cameroon 3-0.
